One of the brighter spots in the Clear catalog is Plaid's collection of heavily percussive neo-electro and drum'n'bass. Released just after the "official" breakup of Black Dog Productions (Ken Downie continues to record under the BD name), the EP differs from the quirkier Black Dog material in its denser, more cohesive structure and DJ-friendliness.
